Vision

The vision of all the members of the Decker Elementary Community, working collaboratively, is to provide students the educational experiences that will assist them in attaining their maximum academic potential. All students are encouraged to be contributing, responsible citizens within a culturally diverse democratic society.

Mission

The mission of Decker Elementary School is to provide a challenging and standards-based instructional program through articulation, collaboration and support within the school and cluster, which ensures success for all students. Students at the elementary level will be provided the instructional environment that will enable them to master grade level California content standards. Further, the mission will be to prepare students through social interaction and leadership opportunities for the challenges of the 21st Century.
